My recent experience at Cornerstone merits a note of thanks and commendation. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed not only with the good selection of furnishings and pleasant atmosphere of your shop, but also with the helpful while not intrusive assistance of your personnel. After looking at several pieces, consignment and new, and going home to take some space measurements, I was able to purchase a table, but was unable to then make delivery arrangements. Thankfully, Dennis came to my rescue by offering to deliver the table to my house when he was scheduled to be in the area the following morning. My thanks to him for taking the time and trouble to assist a customer.
I have recently moved to Towson and look forward to getting my new home in order. I am so glad to have found and envision many more visits to Cornerstone.

I wanted to thank you for the excellent customer service you recently provided when I came to you with a problem. I had bought a bed from your store for my son and he was not able to use it for the past two years because it was “too wobbly.” Since he’s moving to Colorado shortly, I decided that I owed it to him to get his bed fixed. It occurred to me that your store might be willing to help.
Dennis, you were so responsive and agreed without hesitation to come to our home to see what needed to be done. You came Thursday to assess and by Friday you were back with different rails that made the bed perfect! You said that it would be fixed before my son moved, and it was. You wasted no time and offered no excuses.
Your kindness and willingness to go the extra mile has not gone unnoticed. My husband told you that I always call Cornerstone “my store!” Now I am even more proud to call it that. I’ll be back soon!

I am writing to acknowledge (your employees) Ryan and Colin who handled today the pick-up of our furniture for delivery to Cornerstone. They were both highly professional, skilled, polite, enthusiastic and amazingly strong. The armoire (one of the pieces they picked up) was extremely heavy and we remembered that it was a very challenging piece to get into the room when delivered to our home. Of course it was equally challenging to remove. They truly worked as a team, strategizing and at all moments in the grueling process, they talked as a team, asking if the other was doing okay. They were careful with both our floors and walls, as well as the furniture.
I wanted to let you know that they represented Cornerstone extremely well and Cornerstone can take great pride in the service they provided on your behalf. They even joined in chasing our dog who saw an opportunity to sneak out the door during the process.
