Cabinet Made Solid Mahogany Queen Rice Carved Poster Bed

If you love great furniture and appreciate the craftsmanship involved in making a fine piece, then this may be the bed for you! Simply put, you will not see a more beautifully carved rice poster than is found on this period adaption. It was made for a customer by master craftsman Rodney Boyer of Dover, PA.

Mr. Boyer worked as a master carver for well-known Cabinet Maker Frank Auspitz of York, PA for many years. Later he started his own small shop and built a variety of fine furniture. I would like to thank Master Craftsman Walter Whiteley of York, PA for the information he was able to share with us about this fine bed. Kosak Studios Hand Painted Demilune Chest

That’s where some high end makers brought in the countries best artists to paint by hand beautiful details on their furniture. Kosak Studios Pieces are very collectible. In this era of mass-produced furniture, it’s nice to have a piece that reflects back to a time when things were made with a sense of craftsmanship and pride. Henkel Harris Inlaid Mahogany Hepplewhite Sideboard with Brass Gallery
